The culture is just amazing and I am not sure if there is any such company in the world whose employees decide when their hike is and their list of holidays. Employees declare their salary. The only company which gave four times salary hike in a year. Not incentives. Salary.

Infinity Incorporation is a place I prefer to spend my maximum time. This is the only company that I came across who focuses on employee growth so much. They truly believe in them. Fantastic company.

Skill Development / Learning: I had full freedom in Research & Development. Company Management will give lot of scope to work innovate and they convince client in deadlines. Work-Life Balance: I got somany leaves and weekend compensations are very good. They never pressure us to work more than 8 hours. They happily give leaves but we neet itemate before. Compensation & Benefits: This company management will treat the employees as one of the main pillar for the company. So they do give special bonus. Even they offered us new clothes in special events. Company Culture: They do multiple projects in different sectors. Most of the projects are IT Development, Trainings and etc. Job Security: 100% secure job. No doubt in to that. Employee should give the resignation. They never relive directly, If any circumstances like No projects in the market but company will pay the salaries. Career Growth: Lot of scope. Too much money spending on employees, will take long time to come in to profits for Company Shareholders...

I do train my team well in IT Development. Attending client dealings to write the Project Documentation. After that guiding the team to kick start the project and resolving the bugs etc.
