Company employees were very humble and made comfortable environment for freshers and interns

Dislikes

Salary wasn't paid. I can understand it is a start up company but always falsely kept hopes up, if the company isn't sure about their salary slips and distribution, let them know clearly

These people are just fake to the next level. They will only get their work done and they promise for the payment but end up giving nothing but fake promises. And then if you try contacting them, their whole team doesn't response . Just stay away . Worst

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
