Job Security is fine. Work culture is not good at all. Under new management Talent Acquisition process and work pressure is going worst day by day.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance for recruiter. This is my personal openion- New Managers are joined in Recruitment team and their behaviour and way of working was very bad. I have horrible Worked experience with new managers . They are too much. Dont know when they will understand and when senior management will notice.The higher management doesn't address our issue.

Joined as a IT recruiter and my old manager was good but when managemenr changed and started working with new manager that experience was very very bad...In my whole life didn't see this kind of manager. He was very bad. We worked there 7 days.
