Start of the days were good after that it was terrible we were asked to leave the company as they were not able to run the process. Even after that we are not paid for the last few working days. This is not the company where employees can belief and rely to think of their career prospectives. At the end we faced terrible experience even we didn't got our releiving documents what we supposed to get....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
