Sbse bda kmina avinash ( Project Manager Team ODC) jisko software development main ghnta knowledge nhi hai bs dusro main kmiya nikalni aati hai . Aane ka time fix hai but jaane ka nhi hai, gadhe ki tarah kaam krwate hai. Avinash to ye bi dekhta hai ki konsa employee kitni bar tea break pr gya.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
