Likes: Good company. Imagine it as a goverment job untill you make a big mistake. Great supporting management. Gives you free decision policy. Bit kanjus company on salary but it's a great workplace and peaceful minded if you want to settle down.
Dislikes: Hr policy is soo bad. It's like they try to take money from employee pocket only. They will show you a huge ammount as salary on your offer letter but belive me your take hand will be very low. All the other benifits will be shown under ur CTC. Likes: Good Package Dislikes: Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.
Likes: a good work-life balance, a supportive team environment, good learning opportunities, a target-oriented culture that encourages growth, and a strong focus on customer service

Likes: Shift timings is flexible. Other than nothing Dislikes: Worst. Attendance not regularise if you're not eligible for incentive. Except 2nd Saturday all days are working including month end Sunday and some government holidays also. Harsh words used by SM. Bank policy is tough. You need survival skill to work in this organisation
