I Like the Promotion System with continnum Qualification. There is no issue that your boss is supportive or not, Work on your KRA and your promotion will be done through HR automatically with choice of Designation.

Supervisors are not good with Employees, Not Helping Nature or not supportive , Working Culture is terrible, Job is only depended on Life insurance, You will feel like a insurance agent. Here one can join as a fresher to learn handling work pressure , develop their mailing and tele - calling follow up skills, excel maintenance as well as market , various industry product cultures in finance/banking world.

Here incentive scheme is very low as compared to other marketing as well as banks / companies functioning in same field, work pressure is much and technical , training to concern employees is not given by any professional or training programmer, one has to learn in daily working activities by himself. HR services , IT services are p oor (on joining employee who is on resign need to set up everything, else no one takes interest in proper handover of computer, other necessary formalities) reliving , joining formalities one have to do with existing employees help, no guidance of any sort is given, Appraisal and other necessary requirements for healthy work life balance with overall employee development is very low.
