I am proud of myself to have worked in Indorailbus Travels Private Limited.I got to learn a lot. I am specially thankful to Dharmesh sir through whom I entered this organization. Dharmesh sir helped me in every difficulty and he inspired me to move forward in life despite the difficulties.He was like a motivation person in my life. I got to learn a lot from them and their lives. Once again thank you very much Dharmesh sir. 2nd I am also thankful to Hema Maam. You have been a great teacher in my life. The teaching you gave me is still useful in my life. There were some tasks in the company that were difficult for us. But through your training we completed every task and achieved success. There were some such things. Which I did not like in Indorerailbus Travels Private Limited. 1 Giving control of the team to a person who splits the team into two and discriminates against one team. A person who wants his own profit before the profit of the company. Due to which the staff themselves get fed up and resign. If anyonetries to raise a voice against him, he should be removed from the job forever. HR department needs to pay attention to such issue. I don't say, HR department is not working properly.
