Flexibility of workplace is amazing. Being a growing organiation, it is upto an individual how to leverage the opportunity and contribute to the growth. The compensation is good and better than many in the similar organisations in the charitable space.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

It is a growing organisation and therefore, the strategy is still in development phase. This would cause uncertainty and anxiety. But one may actually turn this into an opportunity.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.
