The management takes the least interest in making the next layer of leaders. They stopped the appraisal/promotion for 3 months and they have promised us that once you complete 2 years, you will get the promotion and appraisal.

Pretty much rest is bad. 1. They behave as we work for them 24 hours a day just because we are doing a work from home. The calls go on from morning 9AM till night 9:30PM. People ping you late in the night as well. Everyday we get used to think in the morning that what will happen today. 2. Finance folks are always after you for revenue. If there is some delay from the client side on revenue generation they behave as if the company will have losses. The finance folks call you on personal number as and when they feel like. If there is less volumes in a month which will result in less revenue they ask you to move your team members to other teams where there is work. If we get volumes again in the next month we have to ask for our team or recruit from outside. 3. Every task is a priority task and needs to be done immediately. 4. If we are on emergency medical leaves as well people call and trouble you and ask for information. 5. Surely if we work for a long time our personal lives will go for a toss. Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. Toxic Work culture and too much politics manager steals the credit and don't defend it's team take revenges in every way possible provided no input at all always keep saying I am doing so much for you really shit mentality always favour there chamchas and whenever needed some work talk nicely otherwise shit like attitude and when ever some thing happens wrong take the backfoot and blame the Team.
