Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being. The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. 1.no job security, last month at sudden hr called me and layoff me with out any reason, (i served indegene for 3 straight years and 5 months, did give my 100%for every task) 2. inside politics, favouritism 3. no one will appreciate your hard work here
