Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being. The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

Repetitive work since all the major pharma organization are clients if one thing works then most probably it will be repeated (sold) to all other clients thus reduction in innovative projects

1.no job security, last month at sudden hr called me and layoff me with out any reason, (i served indegene for 3 straight years and 5 months, did give my 100%for every task) 2. inside politics, favouritism 3. no one will appreciate your hard work here
