Remote work and work life balance. You can get leave easily. For personal growth anyone can learn lot of things which is related to corporate activities from team leads and seniors (depends on luck though).

Dislikes

No job security at all, they can resize your position after giving too many efforts. No satisfied appraisal and promotion. Lead can demotivate you. Internal proof reading is more effective than client's feedback.

Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being. The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

No skill development for newcomers, work culture deeps into toxic flow by bootlikcers seniors who are eagerly waiting for their promotion.Remaning management team flown with show off US work culture and international work culture which is irrelevant to newcomers and not understandable.

Repetitive work since all the major pharma organization are clients if one thing works then most probably it will be repeated (sold) to all other clients thus reduction in innovative projects

Nothing to say racist manager if you don't know Hindi then you will be screwed.

If a person is from other state they won't validate. Only good morning in English rest all conversation in Hindi. LAST MY CAREER WITH THIS TEAM.
