Learning things are very fast. You can learn alot in short time because they have loads if work and they will ask more work from you.

Dislikes

Few of managers and team leaders are discriminative nature. Tough place to work for non gujratis speakers they taunt you on Gujarati. Office politics and lapdog promotion culture if they have to take decision some time. Mainly clientele base work and clients are good because they are foreigners.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
