I was working there about 3 years 6 months, evening is ok, imerit's environment is like home

But I work hard always top performer but no one appreciate my work only my team leader knows how much effort I gave to my work, but never received any promotion that time thats the only reason I left

It's environment is good. They have good security system for women's.

Their salary structure is not acceptable at any point. Employee's doing same work with same efficiency and efforts but the difference in their salary is huge.

The company is no doubt a good company. Salary on time. They will not throw you away instead they will put you in a different project if you are unable to perform well.

Dislikes

The worst part of this company is only one project which is GFM. Only for this project people are leaving this company and sharing bad reviews about this company. Please request the HR not to put you in GFM. Else you are dead.

Management is too poor. They feels they're the boss. Sometimes they force us to work overtime but they don't pay for that. Work culture is too much toxic. TLs don't gives us our deserved leaves. I feel too much mental pressure here.

Just a normal IT solution company, they support you at the early stage, the best part is salary gets credited on the 30th of each month.

Dislikes

They get the most out of you at the lowest possible salary, for promotion (even if you deserve it), you have to keep in touch with your manager and do as he says.

Areas of opportunities: 1. Massive revamp is required in the hiring process to hire the best talent. 2. Talent growth and retention need to be the top focus of the company rather than hiring substandard talent for specialized workflows. 3. Strong training plan should be designed and inculcated for new and existing managers so that they can make rational and appropriate decisions pertaining to their projects. 4.
