It's environment is good. They have good security system for women's.

Their salary structure is not acceptable at any point. Employee's doing same work with same efficiency and efforts but the difference in their salary is huge.

iMerit as a company is good, however the management is not good. There is no parameter to judge employee during Appraisal. Most of the leadership team love to speak on Bengali in place of English. If you are close to your supervisor or manager then you will get promoted. Also from our annual CTC compnay deduct employer PF amount also, however as per the Law employer PF amount should not be deducted from employee annual CTC.

It’s a good company for me just because it’s providing Work from Home. Except that it’s a company for low skilled employees who are willing to work for very low pay.

All the projects are more or less good. Salary on time. Nice salary package in Kolkata.

Dislikes

Never work in the project GFM ( GoFundMe ). The worst project ever. If you get selected in this project, please be ready for something wrong.

Work Clture is good, good job security, for freshers it's good, good new technology projects, healthy bonding with company and employees

Dislikes

We are not satisfied with salary and promotions and appraisal. Mangement need to increase basic salary to freshers. After the experience also they raised salary only minimal quantity.
