Open work culture is not available. Management is not transparent, does not help a new joiner to be comfortable in the company culture. Job security is poor. Company policies are not good if we compare with other IT companies. Working Saturday is not good.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
