A good place to work for someone who belongs to Aligarh, and can't possibly relocate to other cities for the time being. The culture was quite good, with a really supportive management. Timely incentives, with a quarterly appraisal. The main thing is that the management recognises the efforts of the employees.

Dislikes

No job security, pressure is lot as the market has declined since the covid thing ended. Freshers can't handle the pressure, and on an average only 2-3 out of a batch of 10-12 candidates stays after completing 3 months. Many other factors, that i really don't want to disclose here, but if compare to other alternatives, IMCS is best.

Working with IMCS is the most expensive I've got with this agency. Raul Arya works so proffecinal and on point.He has guide me all through the process and work very fast.
