IMCS is a great place to work. It is not a place for mediocre people to work. It is a place which is performance driven. It rewards people who produce results. Those who want to come and waste time will be disappointed and should not join. If you want to accomplish something in life this would be the right place. This is not the right place for under performers. IMCS is one of the few companies that provides the following benefits. 1. Medical benefits to all the employees and their families (paid by the company) 2. Accidental life insurance coverage to all employees (paid by the company). 3. Employee training programs. 4. Employee engagement programs. Independence day, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Sankranti, Ugadi and other festivals are celebrated. 5. IMCS is holding "Learn Spanish program" for all its employees so that it will lead to self improvement. 6. End of the year gifts to employees. 7. Regular outings. IMCS did not do a single layoff during COVID. This speaks volumes on how much they care. It is definitely not a place for non performers and under performers. I would request IMCS not to be kind towards these kind of people as they bring the team productivity down. I am looking forward to many more years working for IMCS Group.
