The working culture for this company is the worst. The MD of the company is the worst person. I worked there for a year and gave my more than 150% to the company but in return the company owner tried to screw my life when I joined in a new company. The person who will join here will never have a work life balance as you will only have to be a workaholic. You will have to come before 9:30 strictly but you will never be allowed to go back at 6:30 , hence there is no exit time as you may need to sit an work till 9:30-10:30 everyday. There is no salary increment or incentive or any job security as you can be fired at any moment doesn't matter if it's your mistake or not. As a previous employee in this company I will never recommend any one to join this company as it will be the biggest mistake and any company who wants there Compliance to be taken care of then i would request never to trust this company for your Compliance and payroll related activities. As you will face a lot of problems in future. Currently after I left the job there are only 2 people left in the company as 2 more people got fired due to the mistake of the owner of the company itself.
