HR Department is very supportive and inviroment of the company is osm. And my manager is very very helpful. My manager is great perso.

1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. 1. Sandwich policy: even if late before or after weekend 2. Retention hold : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate.
