Iece is like family that company also teaches us new things and main part is Iece always concentrated on ethics and values and they always guide when we are low and last but best that is we were enjoying while working in that company

People or co-staffs as I would say are not just your staff but are like family to you which doesn't give you work related pressures and work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Working in Telecom domain as a main sector is the only bad thing as Telecom involves a lot of pressure at times and work at unwanted locations and times.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
