Full of politics (except few employees), CEO is HEARTLESS, SELFISH, TOXIC. Yogesh Bansal(CEO) is really full of toxicity, office is in 2nd floor and ask anyone about the company even security guard feels that company is disrespectful, within one week of my joining CEO had an open fight with an ex-employee outside the office for holding the employee's salary

Behaviour of CEO is very bad.I was worked for this company 6 months.Lot of things i learned but some lady and CEO was too rude and Specially CEO is very selfish he lose his lots of energy in meeting instead of practical.I think he should gives some sympathy and have some humanity anout his employees.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
