Totally Worthless no humanity here Workload is tremendous Also have to work on National holidays Which is against the law The company doesn't follow any kind of fair practices Salaries are delayed even sometimes and some employees are not paid Nothing to like in this co.

Worst company to work with Work when you want to spoil ur carrier here Management is worst Worst decision making power I heard even vendors were not paid so with employees They change the leave policy as they deems fit Worst staff mates ever No place to eat no proper hygiene is followed Undue use of dominance position is clearly visible in management Management twist ur words with directors and make theis worst decision Spoils employee carriers Fires employees without giving them valid reason Frequent use of Abusive language They treat employees like puppet...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
