Company atmosphere is very bad. No one is getting salary on time there salary date is 7-10 of the next month but everyone is getting in between of 10-25 of the next month. Our batch probation period is for 6 months and they had extended it I asked them but they didn't give me the proper reply for that and said we will discuss it later I asked them number of times but I am getting the same response I also dropped the mail but he didn't revert on that.Again for the next 3 months they just given the probation period salary so in the last I left this job because I can't see career growth , learning etc there. Work timings- Shift timing is 9AM-6PM but you have to come on time and you can go according to them also you need to go sometime on Saturday also . No facilities nothing is there. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
