It has been really a very nice experience working with Sutherland, had the best days of my working life people around are so good.. all the mentors, TLs, quality are so helpful and motivating. The facilities company provides are really convenient pickup and drop for everyone, they care for female employees so actively and provide home pickup and drop with security guard. The TLs makes a note if employees reached home safely. I still miss Sutherland, the cafeteria is good compared to other organizations, it's well developed company and hope it grows more....Read More

Well I was in Mcfee process. We used to deal with customers for installation, uninstallation and other technical issues in windows, mac, iPhone, iPad, tab, android phones etc.

The only thing I liked was permanent work from home.

Dislikes

The company terminated me because I stood for my own country against an abusing Pakistani customer. The appraisal is super bad just 1000-2000 rupees hike and the company culture is also negative and it's all just politics. There is no learning curve. I always got 3000-4000 lesser than my actual salary and the answer to this was "We will look into this".
