If you're a fresh graduate, especially from a top college, stay far away from this company. They’ll hire you for a Relationship Manager position, which is basically just a sales job. They promise job security, but that’s a lie. If you don’t meet your sales targets, they’ll constantly pressure you, and might even transfer you. The salary might look good at first, but there’s no real career growth. The training is practically nonexistent, and you’ll be expected to learn everything on your own. They treat employers as donkeys. Multiple job reporting is a headache. Superiors shout at us. They think they are owners of the company being held some shares of the bank. No proper job training. Only employee satisfaction at all.

The culture is extremely TOXIC. If you are in RM role, they won't even provide you a desk/chair to sit and work. You partly have to act like a Doc boy since they don't provide doc boys to collect documents of the customers and drop them to the required place. Your bosses will disrespect and threaten you for no good reason and you can't do anything about it. They will randomly schedule an offline meeting without prior information and then you have to travel from one part of the city to the other at 6 in the evening. Travel allowance is not sufficient for the amount of visits the company expects. Unlimited sick leaves are a hoax because your boss never approves leaves beyond 3 days. The HR department has no authority and is good for nothing. The bank keeps on changing it's OJP policy and other policies which makes the atmosphere very unstable. No any benifits on the jobs and mostly this company are no any national holiday leave plan and I am totaly shoked last 2 year no any national flag in the office no sweets no any other activities only labur working .

working culter is good. But the bank should give the job to the employee in his/her home town/state, so we can learn things early and apply in our working life.

to give the job in other state, because of this if we want to visit my home, i should take a leave of 1 week, because of this my work/life is not so good. And i did not get a leave easily.

They do abide by the work timings ane never ever call you during your leaves and once you leave your office premises.

The work culture sometimes become too much toxic . It used to be one of the best banks in terms of their culture but day by day things are getting little different. Too many and rules and regulations and policies
