Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. In the interview I said if this profile includes sales oriented target I will jot be comfortable, they said tellers don’t have any target but truth came out as soon as I stepped into the branch . But You’ll be able to learn a lot of things which will help you in future . You’ll stay in the organisation only if you are doing sales as pro. Here NO SALES means daily humiliation from seniors because come on he is also getting humiliated from his boss for not achieving the target. Worklife balance is pure. I tries handling cash and desk and do it really well as per my seniors but sales was the only parameter. I stayed there for 2.5 years and leaving with a better opportunity because Work satisfaction and mental peace is very much needed....Read More
