The most liked thing about this Bank for me was the amount of learning I had. One has a lot of opportunities in ICICI Bank if you are ready to learn and stretch yourself. The work culture is quite professional mostly because you have a sense of security when you work there. It's not just that you keep working and do not know what lies ahead. Dislikes

The major apart here is the salary and appraisals. Once you join here, the hike in your salary won't be much. As compared to the work you handle and the variety of roles you work into, the pay you get does not justify it at all. As we all know we are way underpaid here n India for many job roles and sectors.
