Good team and Team lunch and Work - month end pressure on 3 days in a month, travel (for those who like to), work from home you can get if your seniors are good (generally this is a myth)

Bad Senior, third class work culture, no appraisal, no support from seniors, No recognition (that you will not get in any company) but abuses for a mistake. Sales team are like hynas (they will try to eat you out) (but they are also doing there job, it is the culture which needs to corrected).
