Initially seniors of ICICI really focused on individual growth, training and more employee oriented.there was work life balance, even when I use to work late extra hours there was a satisfaction.

Dislikes

In last 4 years there's been tremendous stress on employees, no work life balance. Only the employees who were liked by seniors got growth n opportunities. Rest of the employees in name of opportunities were given profiles which were very risky on financial side.
