You will learn so many things here in ICICI Bank as it is well developed digitally. But Zero work life balance. You have to work 9-9, if it is necessary then you have to work in holidays too. No extra benefits for extra working hours. You can't manage your personal and professional life simultaneously. Definitely have to sacrifice one of them. Have to convince your boss everytime for leave, have to travel everywhere and conveyance is comparatively less than other companies. Bonus is ok kind of. And the most important thing is every single employee is ready to pull your leg when you do something good. Managers take things personally which is actually not good. It's working culture. No particular time shifting like other banking companies. No work life balance. There is a lot of politics among the branches. Being an RM/BSM you have to handle more than one branches so if you have any lead/client details then you can't share the same with other branches. They don't focus on servicing of the customer but every one wants to do a business for them.
