company teach us how to become a politician, Very very very slow growth, only good for those employee who have a submissive nature and are ready to do flattery. Even the seniors of the company say to their sub-ordinate that they will have to do extra things in order to succeed in their career.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
