Likes

Bank has been very harsh on their employees at the time of covid 19. People are getting fired. Sitting till 9pm is worst organisational culture abusable language is being used inside the banks. Employees are being forced to missel the product

Dislikes

Everything i hate in this organisation. Nobody is supportive inside the branch. Backbiting and political minds are ruling the branches.

Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. Am I being paid fairly? If not, how much should I ask for? Please help a rookie out. Thanks in advance
