For me it was awesome job kind of a second home, if u like to do hardwork and want to climb up the ladder this is the place to work. You will get so much to learn and will help to orient your career in a right way. Work life balance very poor since you have to dedicate your life to organisation.

Work life balance and compensation is not as per your work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
