I was campus placed, so luckily I got 16 CTC ( 75k in hand) rest they kept in performance bonus and which they generally hesitate to give.

Dislikes

Depends on team, my team was horrible, was under a cunning manager who climbed the corporate ladder by doing office politics and doing "chatukarita" . The work culture in the data science department is terrible. No respect for the efforts, no work life balance, the HR policies are horrible, if you consider yourself a talented and amb itious person, ICICI Bank is not a right place for you. Along with work, you should also have to be good politician too<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I was forced to resign, just because they're in the process of cost cutting and searching scape goats to accomplish that, unfortunately I was the one whose manager doesn't supported and created ultra toxic work environment, that forced me to resign</mark>....Read More

Always receive threatining to resign. Day to day work is like torture. Superior behaviour is very very bad. No training at all received. Partiality is done.
