I was placed through my campus placement after my MBA. Because of my college campus, I got profile of deputy manager 2 with high package. But if you are an MBA, please dont go in banking sector as it's waste of time. Manager keeps on harashing daily. If you want frustration and harassment for free, please do join ICICI bank.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
