Bank learnt me many things which I didn't get from previous bank but there policy is not same for any people...they do what they want to do...they don't care about employees personal problem...but overall it's good to work with this bank..but I still very upset about management of bank..

Hr works on there mood... according to him bank policies can be change for that person they want to change. .. working time 9:30 to 5:15 but we login at 10:30 and working for 8:30 some time we work for 9:00 to 9:30 also without any overtime convence...
