Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

Teammates are friends like who meet during a train journey. Polished, short term friendly behavior from the beginning. Once parted, no contact. And are always helpful to any extra extends like, we are stuck at work, will sit with team to make us learn together. Family friendship is hardly encouraged. Company takes a lot of initiatives to train employees. There are ICICI MANIPAL Academy, ICICI Learning Center at khandala, Hyderabad etc to make training a continuous effort. Dislikes

No job security, lots of favorisoum depending on the personal relationship. Even though you are eligible for a promotion or reasonable hike in salary, gets denied coz, "no personal rapport"with the higher officials
