Company policies worst I was affected by Covid-19 one month salary is cut despite I am having privilege leave... I raised a compliant to my Branch manager she said please contact HR. Then I contacted HR they said it's not in the company policy to pay you when you are affected by Covid 19. You will lose your self esteem just for the sake of Salary. Kindly don't work here at any level....

Morning 9 am you will start they day with full of tension, stress, anxiety, spill over of yesterday's target..... Target.... Target... Even you achieved the target they will ask you how much you will do for the next day.... No proper training for the new Joineers they are struggling a lot to cope up with the work.... And moreover they will loot the customer.... False information, misrepresentation, unethically selling products which may not have any purpose for the customers. For example credit cards customer may have ICICI bank credit card they will sell another credit card by saying it's life time free after a year or so they will start charging you. At several instances customers turn to branch and search for the people who mislead them. It's a great insult to be a customer of icici bank. They will loot the customers in all possible ways. Every new products, New schemes, Intrest Rates etc..... It's a way of looting from the customers. If you work hard in Icici bank the top people in the Hiracray will get more Richer and Richer.... I have worked in several banks I know the working conditions of other banks still it's a hellish bank to work with.... My advice to be a slave for the Icici bank pay cheque....

Icici Bank has the most friendly culture. It provides you ways to grow ur knowledge and use it in your day to day work. The salary caps are a bit low especially if you are ftom the P.O Batch but for deserving candidates...Its not an issue...period.
