I absolutely love that there is no bell curve approach which really creates much healthier atmosphere for the team to work together and eliminates favouritism.

Dislikes

I think salary parity is still a question as someone below your grade reporting under you might earn more than you do so it should be based on your experience and ability to perform and not only the college you come from.
