Worst bank to work with having 9 years of banking experience this is the worst bank work culture is very bad whether full of monopoly politics Seniors HR no one is interested to know whats the issue with new employees i resigned only in 4 months and my 6 friends also resigned as this bank is the worst bank to work with. All are RM’s whether one is having 10 years of experience or 1 year the one who is not having banking experience is having M1 grade on the other hand person with 9 years of experience is still on DM2 role.
