Hi all, I'm a data scientist with over-all 3.6 YoE and 2.6 YoE in Data science. I work in Banking, specifically in Model Development, Validation and monitoring. My tech expertise lies in Python, SQL & Machine Learning. I have got an offer from EXL services, with a Total CTC of 11.1 LPA. My current CTC is 5.9 LPA. The location is remote. Company is not giving any importance for senior employees like more than 10year exp. Not hiring relavant experienced guy for leadership post...simply appointing any profile candidate for branch manager post.
