Extreme pressure in Branch Banking. Inequality in rating process. Lobbying of the people towards senior management.Very slow and less growth and compensation. Multiple products selling with least manpower besides huge process and operations to be followed on daily basis from least manpower only. Senior management messaging for business even after working hour, late night , even if its a holiday or festival or even if you are on leave.HR submissive under senior management not having much role excluding any exegiencies or any employee HR issue.Taking leave is also very tedious and herculean task. It was very hectic ,presurrised and non amicable enviroment. 3 people including Branch Manager one Deputy Manager and one Value Banker runs entire Branch operations audit and compliance besides having individual targets of even the Branch Managers.

Working with ICICI is good overall. But your experince either contains sweet else bitter due to bosses whom with you worked. My starting experince was too good bur at last it went bitter due to bad boss. Anyways learning abd working was good overall.

Dislikes

Whatsup was turned into offical platform after office hours. My last boss was such insane that he could not differ office hours and after office hours, He used to disturb in night, early morning hours and even on holidays.
