I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Employee management by sales and business instead of HR department and internal politics is the only reason of attrition of employees. An employee of I bank will never think to quite but the senior management internal politics forced them to quite because of honesty.
