I like the work life balance and a supportive culture. But I don't think the company is supporting much in the covid 19 lockdown as it has made it mandatory to be present at the base location. My base location is Mumbai and I am facing a lot of problems living here in Mumbai currently. Both my neighbours have been tested Corona positive and managing everything alone is creating a lot of challenges

The only thing I am disliking about working at ICICI BANK currently is that it is not supporting its employees in the Covid 19 situation by making it mandatory to be present in the base location.
