Need help!
Hi folks, I have been working for ICICI bank for the past 1.5 Years (DM1), first they kept in branch banking and now im in VRM channel which customer doesn't understand and takes up as customer care, work pressure is comparatively low (although ICICI has great work culture) but i am thinking of switching to Genpact(MT) will this be suitable ?The major reason for that is i was a bank PO and not customer service executive, secondly I'll get to go near my home town.
Please suggest

Switching to Genpact could be good if proximity to home and a role change matter. Just ensure it aligns with your long term goals.
