Hiring process is so worst in ICICI....though it is MNC hiring process is as worst than comparing with a start up company .....Simply they will conduct too many rounds of interview more than 3 and informs feedback as NEGATIVE even if we answer all questions. Had Interview with Manager Vijaya for experienced where i've answered all questions but she gave negative feedback. I don't know the reason behind it even now....Read More

If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is no incentive system at all. No matter how much effort you put in or if you achieve 110% of your business targets, or how loyal you are, it won’t matter. You won’t get a single rupee as an incentive. Someone who performs worse than you might earn more, simply because they come from a luxury institute where they paid hefty fees. Sometimes, they even get promoted within a year....Read More

The best thing about the organisation is it's work Life balance, there fare to bank fare to customer approach. In ICICI seniors are not allowed to pressure employee. Easy to crack business

The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.

1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.
