Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Remote working was a USP for IBM. But now that is not the case. Upper management do not even consider giving exceptions even for valid reason. Myself being a military spouse was denied remote working so have to quit. Talents leave the organization because of their stringent policies.

They pay salaries on time

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad. Management in project is bad. People dont get paid on work they get paid on how close you are with your manager. Feedbacks either dont happen or whenever they do happen always go unheard. Trust me its place if you only want salary and dont care about anything else. I myself tried to commit suicide. I am not alone in my project I dare say.

There is no balance if you work here you will work for 16 hours a day for pay of 8 hours

IBM provides excellent learning regardless of the stream. The training's in IBM are exceptional. There is a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Work environment is bad, there is no promotion of individual growth. Favoritism is very much prevalent in IBM. There is no significant growth in salary.
