IBM is an amazing organization to work with, it gives opportunity to every individual to grow and succeed... Moreover it is technology oriented company which keeps improving based on future demands such as automation..Hence working with this organization will keep you in stream.

The only thing is about this company which is negative is low salary package in comparison with other market competitors.

The team I worked with was good, survived for two years only because of the team I worked with.

Dislikes

Management is only concerned about keeping Customer happy at the cost of their employees wrt work hours and growth provided

Work was hectic, always extended beyond working hours
